HEMATOLOGIST/ONCOLOGIST - Intermittent/Locum Tenens

Job Description

The Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) seeks an intermittent Hematologist/Oncologist to join our growing hospital based team of eight providers. As a Level II Trauma center, the highest trauma designation in Alaska, ANMC represents over 30 medical specialties and serves as the tertiary referral center for Alaska Native and American Indian people across the entire state. Our unique patient population, breathtaking geography and cohesive team make this a one-of-a-kind practice opportunity!

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; 4 10-hour shifts per week; 1:6 on-call; combination of outpatient clinic and in-patient consults; intermittent coverage needed until July, 1, 2023.

Qualifications: Board Eligible/Board Certified in both Hematology and Oncology; collaborative team player with strong communication and relationship building skills; driven to deliver excellent care; culturally sensitive; available to provide coverage for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time.

Compensation - $3,000.00/per day
Travel and housing expenses provided
Malpractice coverage provided
Potential for full-time employment
