Physician Service Line Leader – Orthopedics

Job Description

Excellent opportunity for an Orthopedic physician to serve in a dyad leadership and management role for the Munson Healthcare Orthopedic service line. This position will collaborate with the service line executive director as well as system leadership to provide clinical direction to drive overall service line performance and advance value-based care initiatives across the network.

This position requires an active Michigan medical license, and prefers education in business, management, quality, and safety science. This is a part time position and requires an active clinical practice.

The best fit candidate will have a demonstrated ability to develop and foster collaborative relationships with physicians, nurses and other members of the health care team as well as the ability to communicate the organizations core mission, vision and values, and the MHC alignment framework while engendering trust and credibility.
