The purpose of our Behavioral Health Integration Provider is to promote sound behavioral and mental health as an integral aspect of wellness for patients at Northern Nevada HOPES.

This position promotes behavioral and mental health as an important dimension of overall wellness. This is a Behavioral Health Integration Position. The position will offer assessment, in-the-moment interventions, coping skills or referrals for additional services as a member of the Integrative Primary Care Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fully integrative medical and behavioral health care team.

Requirements:
- Completion of a Masters level program and licensure (eligibility) in the State of Nevada as a LCSW, LFMT or CPC required.
- Therapeutic BH service delivery experience with adults within a multidisciplinary clinical setting required.
- Experience working in an integrated Behavioral Health/Primary Care model or with our population preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
