Job Description

Empire, Michigan is located on the shores of lake Michigan and is commonly known for its beautiful Sleeping Bear Dunes. Empire Family Care is open Monday through Friday, 8am 5pm. This location sees patients of all ages, with appointment time blocks of 20- and 40-minute appointments, and an expectation for the provider to see 18-20 patients per day. New grads are welcome to apply but experience in primary care is preferred. The position is hospital employed and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
