Community Health Centers in Burlington, Vermont is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to join the team!

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing direct outpatient mental health services and consults with a team of Psychiatrists, Medical Providers, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Clinical Social Workers. This position coordinates and documents care for quality and continuity of care, and for risk management. They will serve as a member of the health care team and assumes responsibility for quality assurance and quality improvement efforts.

Basic Qualifications:
-Graduation from a program of study accredited by the practitioners professional board.
-Board certification or eligibility for board certification.
-Licensure for practice in Vermont by time of start-date.
-Completion of requirements for successful CHCB credentialing.
-Ability to work effectively with a variety of ethnic, political, and socioeconomic groups and individuals.
