Community Health Centers of Burlington is seeking full time LPN's to join the team! LPN's are responsible for facilitating patient care activities and flow, and for providing direct patient care and education to a diverse patient population. Responsible for thorough and accurate patient documentation, and for performing as a contributing member of the health care team.

Basic Requirements
-LPN licensure
-Good standing with the Vermont State Board of Nursing
-BLS certification
