Job Description

Community Health Centers is seeking full time, part time, and per diem Registered Nurses to join the team at Riverside Health Center in Burlington, Safe Harbor Health Center in Burlington, and GoodHEALTH Internal Medicine in South Burlington. Registered Nurses facilitate patient care activities and patient flow and are responsible for assisting with patient triage, patient care documentation and being an integral part of the clinical team. Basic Qualifications
-Registered Nurse Licensure
-Good standing with Vermont State Board of Nursing
-Basic Life Support Certification
-Strong clinical skills, and able to thrive in a fast paced medical team environment
-Familiarization with electronic medical record and electronic scheduling systems
-Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently, anticipate needs, creatively problem solve and take initiative to improve patient care at CHCB
