Job Description

This Northeast Kansas Community Health Center is searching for an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APRN) who practices the core values of service to underprivileged and underserved populations with reverence, integrity, wisdom, creativity, and dedication. As a team member, you will provide the full scope of primary care services which fall under your field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventative care, and health maintenance to patients of all ages.

This a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing patient-centered, integrated care to all people, regardless of income or insurance status is located in Northeast Kansas. The Healthcare professionals welcome a diverse population with compassion and extra care that reaches beyond traditional clinic services. We provide an on-site patient resource coordinator and in-person Spanish language interpreter at our clinics. We also have community-based healthcare workers in Geary and Riley County who connect community members with services for housing, transportation, employment, and much more. We are proud to provide a safe location to access healthcare for undocumented farmworkers, persons who are homeless, and refugees.

This Northeast Kansas Health Center is not-for-profit, dedicated to providing affordable, quality, comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health care to all.
