NEW BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROGRAM IN BEAUTIFUL NORTHERN MICHIGAN LOAN SUPPORT

McLaren Northern Michigan is recruiting Psychiatrists to support a new Behavioral Health program coming to Cheboygan, Michigan in the summer of 2022. Position will include both in and outpatient responsibilities to support the growing community need for behavioral and mental health services. Candidates must be US board eligible/board certified. Additional highlights include:

- 16 bed unit attached to existing free-standing ED and outpatient surgery center
- Future plans include addition of adult partial hospitalization program
- Potential to expand to adolescents
- Program to be supported by two APPs
- Integration with local Community Mental Health organization
- Waiver eligibility
