Job Description

Munson Healthcares Sleep Disorders service line, an AASM accredited sleep center, located in beautiful Northern Michigan, is seeking full-time BE/BC Sleep Medicine physician.

Joining three sleep specialized APPs (2 in Cadillac and 1 in Manistee) in a collegial and supportive team environment.

This is a full-time position split between Manistee and Cadillac with no weekends or holidays. Sleep Center call only.

What you will do:

-Perform consultations and downstream care for patients who have obstructive sleep apnea and insomnia
-Order and understand diagnostic tests and tools, including home sleep tests for patients
-Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments for sleep apnea and insomnia
-Educate members about sleep health and ensure ongoing care
-Regular communication and collaboration with referring providers
-Interprets sleep studies performed in Manistee and Cadillac locations
