COUMADIN CLINIC NURSE PRACTITIONER NEEDED IN SOUTHERN OREGON!
Asante is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Coumadin Clinic team in beautiful Medford, Oregon. Working with 3 other Nurse Practitioners, the Coumadin NP will be doing anticoagulation assessments for patients taking Coumadin or Warfarin, including education and/or treatment for acute and chronic health problems as well as preventative care. There are two positions available; one is a 1.0 FTE and the other is a 0.5 FTE position. Shifts are 10 hours. No call or weekend shifts. Clinic closed major holidays. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
