Job Description

Asante is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Critical Care team in beautiful Southern Oregon in Fall 2023. The ideal candidate should have two or more years of critical care experience as a PA and should be proficient at independently performing procedures such as central lines, arterial lines and chest tubes. OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

* 12-hour shifts 7 days on/7 days off schedule
* Possible variable day/night rotating schedule
* Full time position 159 shifts per year
* Annual quality incentives up to 16% of base compensation starting in year 2
