Job Description

Location: Davenport, Iowa. Guests and residents will love its vibrant culture and nightlife scene. The city is known to house over 50 local parks where guests can sit back and relax while admiring their surroundings as Davenport prides itself as a green city. Also, the best way to experience the city is by exploring it by biking or walking.

Facility: A community mental health center that provides therapeutic and psychiatric services to thousands of patients of all ages each year. The Outpatient Program is staffed by highly trained mental health professionals.

Opportunity: PMHNP to Join Growing Team
* Full time, employed position. Open to discussing part time
* Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm or 7pm. Flexible scheduling within clinic hours
* Patient population: All ages. Provider should be comfortable seeing patients throughout the lifespan
* Provider will be assigned a Medical Assistant and RN
* EMR: Nex Gen
* 1 hour intakes and 20 minute follow ups
* Community based; higher acuity patients
* Onsite in Davenport
* Iowa license

Compensation: $115,000 - $135,000 annually
