Job Description

St. Joseph's Health Hospital is seeking Psychiatrist to join their Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP), a licensed Psychiatric Emergency room with nine certified emergency observation beds, serving individuals across Onondaga and Madison counties. The CPEP is fully staffed 24 hours a day, seven days per week by a supportive and collegial team of clinical social workers, RNs, mental health counselors and patient care technicians. The team provides evaluation and treatment for individuals of all ages who are suffering from an acute mental health crisis, completing an assessment and creating a treatment/disposition plan specific to the needs of each patient.
