Our client is seeking a Primary Care Physician (FM or IM) for an advanced primary care clinic opportunity in Henderson, Nevada.

This position is ideal for a physician who has been looking for a chance to slow down and truly practice medicine in a non-production-based practice model. This position offers the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the lives of your patients and shape the future of healthcare. You will have the time, the tools, and the support to help make patients better without the reimbursement constraints associated with traditional medical practice.

Highlights:
Manage only 10-15 patients per day and allowed 30 60 minutes per appointment
Predictable work week with limited call (phone only) and no weekends
Few administrative hassles - no billing or coding
The physician will be supported by additional staff that will assist in the overall program and will coach employee behavior changes

Benefits:
$250,000- $260 base salary plus 6% quality bonus
$15,000 Sign-on bonus

Education/Experience:
Board Certified MD or DO, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
