Value-Based Direct Primary Care – 4 Day Work Week

Job Description

We have a 32-hour, 4-day (.8 FTE) opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician at a direct primary care clinic in Salinas, CA. Our client is dedicated to delivering outstanding, relationship-based primary care and helping their patients achieve their best health. The practice model is based on seeing fewer patients and having longer appointment times resulting in improved patient outcomes. This is not a fee-for-service model.

Highlights:
Manage only 10-14 patients per day
Mon- Thurs work week. 3-day weekend
Focus on outcomes, NOT production
$200,000 base salary plus 10% outcomes-based bonus (.8 FTE)
Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on day one, health/dental, paid vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement

Qualifications:
BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine/pediatrics
Procedure experience is a huge plus!
