Physician - Post Acute - St. Louis, MO

Job Description

Mercy is seeking a Board-Certified Geriatrician, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our Post-Acute Physician/Nurse Practitioner team in St. Louis, Missouri. The established practice is currently powered by 4 Physicians and 5 Nurse Practitioners.

This position will provide care and serve in several Nursing Facilities in St. Louis and St. Charles counties in Missouri.

Responsibilities include managing complex medical conditions, coordinating all aspects of care for their patient, and developing strong relationships with residents and their families. Must possess excellent communication/interpersonal skills & have a solid understanding of nursing home regulations.
