Job Description

We are currently looking for a BC/BE family medicine or internal medicine physician to join our well-respected primary care practice in San Jose, CA within the multispecialty network known as BASS Medical Group.

-Our team is comprised of 5 board certified physicians, 9 advanced practice providers, and tenured administrative staff
-We provide the full range of family medicine services to patients of all ages
-Our practice is part of BASS Medical Group, which is a well-established multispecialty network comprised of 465+ providers across 42 medical specialties, affording our practice exceptional support and referral patterns

About San Jose, CA
-San Jose is a city in Santa Clara County, located just south of the San Francisco Bay in Silicon Valley, offering the ease of suburban living combined with convenient access to all of the urban amenities in nearby San Francisco
-With around 300 days of sunshine annually, San Jose is ideal for outdoor recreation, being within driving distance of both the beach and the mountains, San Jose residents have access to hiking and surfing in the summer, and skiing in the winter
-Silicon Valley offers a great mix of private and public school options, including schools with performing arts orientations or schools with STEM focused programs, highlighted by its higher education institutions like San Jose State University and Stanford University

The BASS Medical Group is a physician and patient centric multispecialty group whose purpose is to maintain physician autonomy and financial security within the construct of a large medical group. Beginning with approximately 50 doctors in the Walnut Creek area in 2014, we have grown to 465+ providers across 42 specialties in our 128 locations throughout Northern California, and look forward to expanding our reach in the future.

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $250,000 to $300,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
