Urologist needed in Ft. Smith Arkansas


Baptist Health-Ft. Smith is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a busy practice with the Baptist Health Urology Clinic. Baptist Health-Ft. Smith is a 492-bed facility and is the second largest hospital of eleven within Baptist Health, Arkansas largest and most comprehensive healthcare system.
This clinic currently has 3 physicians but one will be retiring in the next few years. As this is the only locally based Urology group, the practice is extremely busy with wait times of up to one month for appointments. The physicians in this group currently split their time in the hospital and clinic, usually spending two and one-half days a week in surgery and the other two and one-half days in the clinic. Current procedures performed include: Cytoscopy; Cytoscopy with botox bladder injections; Cytoscopy with biopsy or fulgeration; Vasectomy; BCG treatments; Bladder instillations; Urethral and Supra Pubic catheter placements; and Xiaflex injections.
The clinic offers Lab and X-ray and uses Epic for the EMR.
The successful candidate will be offered an employment agreement with bonus incentives. Other benefits will include: health and malpractice coverage; retirement; and the possibility of some student loan repayment.

Pediatrician Needed in Conway, Arkansas


Pediatrician Needed
Conway, Arkansas

Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway (BHMC-C), in conjunction with Arkansas Health Group (AHG), is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician.

BHMC-C is a 264,000 square-foot facility that opened in September of 2016. It features 111 beds, eight operating rooms and a Level III trauma-center emergency room. The labor and delivery department opened in the spring of 2017 and has 12 beds along with 2 ORs.

The ideal candidate will be a pediatrician excited about building on to a new practice and working in a brand new state of the art hospital. This opportunity is to practice in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. In the hospital, pediatricians will be needed to attend deliveries, provide newborn care, and see pediatric and adolescent admissions.

The position is an employment opportunity with AHG, a subsidiary of Baptist Health. This opportunity provides a base salary with a competitive benefits package. There is also an opportunity to earn incentive compensation based on patient satisfaction, quality, and medical staff committee involvement.

Conway, known as the City of Colleges, is home to three colleges. 2 Internal Medicine Physicians needed in North Little Rock.

Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock (BHMC-NLR), Arkansas, in conjunction with Arkansas Health Group (AHG) is seeking (2) board eligible/board certified internal medicine physicians to join the Baptist Health Internal Medicine Clinic. The need is for additional core faculty in a brand new Internal Medicine Residency that began in July of 2019 with (12) new interns. The ideal candidate should be willing to help build a new practice and proctor internal medicine residents. The practice scope at the new clinic will include: general internal medicine; PFTs; and chest x-rays. The EMR is EPIC.

The Baptist Health Internal Medicine Clinic is located on the campus of Baptist Health Medical Center-North Little Rock, a 220-bed facility. A new 150,000 square foot GME building was completed in 2019 and now houses the new Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Residencies along with other future planned GME programs.

Arkansas Health Group is the employed physician group for Baptist Health. This opportunity provides a base salary as well as quality incentive and production based bonuses. Disability, healthcare, malpractice, and retirement are included in the benefits package.

Gastroenterology (Advanced Endoscopy)

Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock (BHMC-LR) Arkansas, is seeking to add an additional Advanced Endoscopy Specialist to its established GI hospitalist group.

This opportunity is an employed position with Arkansas Health Group, which is the employed physician group for Baptist Health. AHG employs over 500 providers across the majority of medical and surgical specialties.

Proficiency in ERCP and EUS would be desirable but is not required.
The schedule is 2 weeks of hospital responsibility and 2 weeks w/o hospital responsibility which
allows the opportunity to increase the volume of Advanced Cases.
There are 3 ORs dedicated to GI and 2 CRNAs dedicated daily to GI.
There is a competitive base salary with production bonus based upon work volume and quarterly
quality incentives. This is an opportunity to earn a high six (6) figure income.
Competitive signing bonus available up to $50,000.

Anesthesia Critical Care

Baptist Health Medical Center-Little Rock (BHMC-LR), in conjunction with Arkansas Health Group (AHG), is seeking a BE/BC Critical Care Anesthesiologist.

The ideal candidate will be fellowship trained in Critical Care and be BE/BC in both Critical Care and Anesthesiology. Candidates with proficiency in TEE or BC in advanced perioperative TEE would provide additional expertise to the existing team.

Ortho Trauma Surgeons

Baptist Health Medical Center Little Rock (BHMC-LR) is seeking an orthopedic trauma surgeon to join an existing ortho trauma service.

It is a Level II trauma center with a dedicated surgical ICU as well as an orthopedic/spine floor that has 55 all private beds. There is dedicated block time available in the OR. OBGYN in North Little Rock

Baptist Health Medical Center-North Little Rock (BHMC-NLR), in conjunction with Arkansas Health Group (AHG), is seeking BE/BC Ob/Gyns to join the Baptist Health Women's Clinic in North Little Rock. This is a well-established practice consisting of four physicians and one nurse practitioner. The clinic is located in a brand-new office building on the grounds of BHMC-NLR. This new building has a pharmacy, multi-specialty group, and houses three (3) graduate medical education programs in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Psychiatry.

Baptist Health is the largest healthcare system in Arkansas with eleven (11) hospitals and over 150 owned or managed clinics. BHMC-NLR is a 250-bed facility that offers 7 L&D rooms and 12 postpartum rooms and delivers between 1200-1400 babies per year. There are currently six total Ob/Gyns in the market who deliver at the hospital.

General Surgery Little Rock

The Surgical Clinic of Central Arkansas (SCCA) is seeking a General Surgeon to join their multi-specialty group of surgeons in their Little Rock, Arkansas practice. The recruitment need is to plan for the upcoming retirement of a senior surgeon from the group.

SCCA is the oldest and largest surgical clinic in the state. The group includes 13 board certified surgeons practicing in Little Rock area as well as at several satellite clinics throughout the state.
