Our Cardiac Med-Surg RNs work in a highly specialized medical cardiac care area with an amazing team that care for patients who present primarily with a medical cardiac diagnosis such as MI, CHF, and acute arrhythmias to name a few. Since these patients typically present with secondary diagnosis such as diabetes, COPD, and renal disease, our Cardiac RNs gain knowledge and experience in a variety of areas making this department very sought after for career development and growth!

Our CoxHealth Neuro-Ortho RNs work on an amazing brand new 55 bed unit with an award winning team who care for patients admitted from NTICU, ED, PACU, and Direct Admits from surrounding physician offices. Our patient demographics include but not limited to Neuro Surgeries such as Craniotomies, Cervical Disc Fusion, TBI, Brain Hemorrhages; Neurology patients with epilepsy, stroke, brain tumors and TIAs. We also see Orthopedic trauma such as Pelvic and Femur fractures as well as utilizing telemetry to monitor for cardiac arrhythmias.
