Physicians enter at the minimum grade of Captain (0-3) Up to $240,000 Student Loan Repayment (Medical School only) Special Pay up to $25,000 per year for a 3 year service obligation Flexible Training Policy which allows you to serve whle performing your duties as a civilian Physician Stipend of $2000 per month while you are in Residency.
