Apply now through December 4th: www.peacecorps.gov/globalhealth The Peace Corps, the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), and Seed Global Health launched the Global Health Service Partnership (GHSP), a program that aims to improve clinical education, expand the base of physician and nursing educators and build healthcare capacity in countries that face critical shortages of healthcare providers. Departure will be in late summer 2016. Mandatory Qualifications: -M.D. or D.O. -All specialties are welcome to apply. Positions will be determined in part by site demand. Desired Qualifications: -Evidence of board eligibility or board certification in chosen specialty -Active license in the United States -Excellent organizational, communication and writing skills. -Evidence providing culturally sensitive and competent high quality care -Evidence of personal maturity and patience to work under challenging clinical circumstances including flexibility in adapting to local circumstances and constraints Invitations for departure in summer 2016 will be extended from January to April.
