Excellent rheumatology opportunity supported by Tennova Healthcare-Cleveland, a 351 bed med-surg CHS facility located in Cleveland, TN which is 25 miles NE of Chattanooga. Tennova Cleveland is seeking a rheumatologist to provide care to the patients in our 200K+ service area. Currently we do not have rheumatology providers and our patients are having to drive to 30-60 miles to see a rheumatologist. The preferred model for rheumatology is to join a well very large and well established OS group in Cleveland but hospital employment may be an option. Either way, SkyRidge Medical Center will provide financial support for the new rheumatology practitioner. The compensation package Tennova Cleveland provides is extremely generous and will include attractive salary (we use MGMA as benchmark), relocation allowance, commencement bonus, CME allowance , marketing and possibly med school loan repayment in addition to benefits offered by the practice. Also, the cost of living in our area is very reasonable and there is NO STATE INCOME TAX. The private OS practice has two OS and the senior surgeon has been in practice in Cleveland since 1996. In addition to the surgeons, the practice has 1 NP plus a PT department with 1 PT and 1 PTA. There is also a chiropractor in the practice ass well as a plastic surgeon who see patients 1 day each week. This practice owns the building where their practice is located and rents space in a satellite office in a nearby town. The office space is extremely nice and there is plenty of additional space for the rheumatologist’s office and exam rooms.
