Job Description
Caring Health Center (CHC), a FQHC in Springfield, Massachusetts is seeking Family Medicine Physicians. We are the largest refugee health assessment site in Massachusetts, have a fully integrated behavioral health program, MAT (medication assisted therapy) for substance abuse, is a teaching site for medical, NP, and PA students, nutrition and exercise programs in a state of the art Wellness Center, NIH funded Health Literacy grant, MTM pharmacist, care coordination team with seven CHWs. We serve 35 languages with interpreters on site for 13 of the most common, including Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Nepali, Vietnamese, Somalia, Swahili, Karin and others.
