For over 40 years, Family Health Centers, Inc. (FHC) has provided primary and preventive healthcare services to area residents. The largest non-hospital based primary care health organization in Orangeburg and surrounding counties, FHC is designated by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). FHC is acrredited by The Joint Commission, a prestigious healthcare accrediting agency. FHC is currently pursuing Patient Centered Medical Home status.
