Job Description

For over 40 years, Family Health Centers, Inc. (FHC) has provided primary and preventive healthcare services to area residents.
Clinical and support services at FHC are tailored to meet the physical, psychosocial, nutritional and health education needs of patients. Through collaborations and partnerships with local, county, state and federal agencies and institutions, FHC has expanded to meet patients' needs. The largest non-hospital based primary care health organization in Orangeburg and surrounding counties, FHC is designated by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). FHC is acrredited by The Joint Commission, a prestigious healthcare accrediting agency. FHC is currently pursuing Patient Centered Medical Home status.

Services include: Adult Medicine; Behavioral Health, Dental, Diabetes Education; DOT Physicals; Drug Screens; Health Education; Laboratory, Migrant Health, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Pharmacy, Podiatry, Pre-Hire Physicals, Radiology, Social Work, Sports' Physicals; Worker's Compensation; Injury Care; and Translation Services
