Practice Information • Seeking a Mid-Level Provider, PA or APRN, to join our New Convenient Care Clinic/FastTrack Team. • Hours will be extended and clinic open 7 days a week. Shifts will be 12 hour shifts. • Provide convenient and urgent care to the community. • Assumes responsibility and accountability for rapid assessment, nursing diagnosis to assure safe patient diagnostic testing and optimal plan of care. • Performs advanced practice procedures.
