Mercy Health-Lourdes Hospital is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist (Non-Structural) to join a 13-person cardiology and cardiovascular surgical group. Mercy Health-Lourdes Hospital is a regional leader in the care and treatment of cardiovascular disease and houses a progressive program providing innovative structural heart procedures inclusive of including TAVR, Mitral Clip and other advanced interventional procedures.
The candidate will also have the potential to provide consultative services to community hospitals and conduct patient visits in established outreach clinics. Call is 1:4. EMR is EPIC. Ambulatory clinic is connected to the hospital. 2 Hybrid Operating Rooms
3 Cath Labs totaling approximately 5700 procedures annually- One of the labs is a swing lab for diagnostic/interventional cases and for Electrophysiology procedures
1 Location-Cardiologists serve one hospital and the ambulatory clinic is attached
20 PCIs per Month-Busy program, with each physician performing approximately 20 PCIs per month. We offer Impella with right and left ventricular support, IVUS, FFR, ICE and CardioMEMS
2 Days a Week in Clinic-Each cardiologist spends, on average, 2 days on general cardiology and diagnostics
