As part of the primary care team, you will work closely with co-workers to provide quality care to our integrated clients. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a population that consists primarily of medicaid clients. In addition, you must be comfortable with our highest needs population, which are those who have been diagnosed as seriously mentally ill. As a primary care provider, you will also see community members who are not behavioral health clients and therefore not part of our integrated client base. You must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Arizona. This position will start as fee for service and will gradually move to full-time as credentialing is completed.
