We provide 2 MA's per provider on the floor at all times to help facilitate a patient visit. We use a EHR, have a robust ancillary staff including: care coordinators and an integration specialists. Our outpatient team works M-F, 8-5 and is part of a health care team. All of our clinics have a HPSA score of 14 or higher.
