Job Description

Bingham Memorial Hospital is looking for an emergency medicine physician with a passion for people and lifestyle. The candidate must have successfully completed a residency in emergency medicine. The emergency department averages 11,000 visits per year. Shifts are 12 hours. This position is a fulltime position and requires a minimum of 12 shifts per month.

BMH is a Joint Commission Critical Access Hospital as well as a non-profit 501(c)3 facility with a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center attached. The Medical Office Building, which is attached by a sky bridge, has a retail pharmacy, deli, conference room, and houses over 50 providers including practitioners that have offices in the Idaho Physicians' Clinic. A state-of-the-art kidney center will be completed on campus in 2017.

Blackfoot puts you just a short drive to waterskiing on lakes and reservoirs, fishing some of the best trout streams and rivers in the U.S., or enjoying mountain and high desert activities. Blackfoot is centrally located to some of the most famous ski resorts in the world, such as Grand Targhee, Sun Valley, Pebble Creek, Kelly Canyon, Jackson Hole, Pomerelle, and Big Sky. Yellowstone and Teton National Parks are just a 2 hour drive. Eastern Idaho offers two regional airports, higher education opportunities, and a family-oriented area with big community events.
