Duties •Assesses, plans and provides comprehensive and therapeutic medical mental health care to individual, geriatric, adult, adolescent, and pediatric patients and their families. •Prescribe appropriate medications and provide ongoing monitoring of medication effectiveness (adjusting as necessary). •Consultation to medical providers and other entities on the proper use of psychotropic Medications. •Provide a multidisciplinary bridge between medical and behavioral health staff.
