We are seeking a MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist for our ACT programs. This position will be on a part time basis, working three days per week with the potential of being increased to a full time position. In this role you will be responsible for providing services for treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Job Duties: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individual psychotherapy Collaborate with the ACT Medical Director Provide back-up coverage for the Medical Director on a limited, as-needed basis Provide periodic in-service training on Mental Health Disorders for the clinical and nursing staff Benefits: Competitive salary Professional liability insurance Negotiable benefit package Qualifications: Unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license required Board certified or Board eligible required DEA license/registration required; Buprenorphine waiver certification preferred Experience in the medical treatment of a broad spectrum of drug abuse problems; experience involving medicated-assisted treatment (MAT) modalities preferred Strong computer skills required; experience with EHR's preferred Direct experience in the administration and use of methadone required Familiarity with the psychiatric and psychological concomitants of addiction JEVS Human Services is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities.
