The Conemaugh Physician Group, a dynamic, growing multi-specialty integrated group practice, is seeking a Board Certified Infectious Disease Physician to practice at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, PA, our 500+ bed flagship hospital in an Inpatient/Outpatient practice. Opportunity Highlights: • Joining one current ID Physician employed by hospital. • The Infectious Disease Service is supported by the Graduate Medical Education Program. • A full- time Infectious Disease PharmD • An Associate Medical Director for Professional Affairs • The addition of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to this Service is being explored • Epidemiology and Infection Prevention and Control are supported by the Director of Quality Excellence who is an RN, BSN, and Certified in Infection Control (CIC) • An RN BSN CIC Infection Control Program Specialist • Two full time RN BSN Infection Preventionists • 1.5 FTE Data Specialists • Employed Opportunity • Inpatient and Outpatient practice (Inpatient focus, however both IP and OP emphasis can be considered) • Opportunities to teach and for research and clinical trials
