General Summary: This is an exempt position responsible for practicing continuity primary care medicine. Physicians will care for a panel of patients and provide reliable, high quality and efficient care in the context of trusting relationships. Physicians will partner with the GreenField team to provide a high level of service to patients. Current primary care areas include family medicine, adolescent medicine and internal medicine.

Education:
MD or DO degree with successful completion of an accredited residency.

Background:
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency
Licensure, Board Certification, and Medical License
Criminal Background Check
