Available upon completion of 1 year of full-time service
401(a) retirement account will be established on the employee's behalf. The facility will contribute 3% of the employees gross annual pay, not to exceed IRS guidelines. Vesting Schedule applies. In addition to the 401a contribution, employees participating in the 403(b) Voluntary Pre-Tax Retirement Plan will be eligible for a 2% match after meeting eligibility requirements.

Paid Time Off
Paid time off (PTO) is available to physician employees to use for vacation, sick days, personal time, holidays, CME, and any other reason for which they require time away from work. Physician employees will receive PTO in accordance with the number of years worked, as listed below:

Less than 5 years: 264 hours of paid time off per calendar year
5 years or more: 288 hours of paid time off per calendar year

Practice overview: Hospital-employed position - outpatient clinic attached to a 49-bed Level III acute care hospital
Type of practice: Outpatient only
Call schedule: None
Expected patient load: 15-20 daily average when seeing Occupational Medicine patients 5-8 daily average when completing EMGs
Procedures needed: EMGs
EMR McKesson Practice Partner system.
Radiology services 128-slice CT scanner, 1.5 Tesla MRI, onsite radiology 4 days per week, 24/7 remote tele-radiology services, limited interventional radiology available

Provider Profile

The Internal Medicine Department works closely with the Family Medicine and Behavioral Health Departments, which are also located within the clinic. Midlevel providers are also incorporated into the practice. The clinic is part of a larger system group, including two hospitals and five clinics. Nursing and support staff are provided.
