This position is located in Eureka, South Dakota. Avera Eureka Community Health Services is seeking a board certified or board eligible family medicine physician. •Two employed physicians and two locum providers •Physician will be employed by Avera St. Luke's Hospital •Call schedule 7-8 weekdays per month, one weekend per month •No OB •New facility that opened in January 2019 consisting of a clinic, hospital and 10 bed assisted living •Position includes competitive base salary, production incentives and a generous benefit package •Become part of a primary care network of physicians that care about their patients •Patients seen range anywhere from newborn to elderly with a heavier population of elderly •Access to the Avera Health network of techology, facilities, and specialists
