PRACTICE - FAMILY MEDICINE (FM)
- 100% Outpatient Family Medicine (FM)
- Native American patient population
- State-of-the-art LEED gold certified facility
- Board Certification required (with the exception of recent graduates)


FINANCIALS- FAMILY MEDICINE (FM)
- $250,000 base salary
- Benefits include:
No Call, No Weekends, 4 or 5-day schedule
- $50,000 student loan forgiveness via NHSC
- $10,000 sign on bonus
- $10,000 relocation assistance
- $2,000 and 5 days CME annually
- Retirement with 8% employer match
- 4 weeks of PTO and 13 paid holidays
