The Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation is located in Northeast Arizona on the land known as the Colorado Plateau. This semi-desert landscape varies in elevation from 4,400 in the Little Colorado River Valley to nearly 7,000 feet at Preston Mesa. The unique community of Tuba City offers a culturally rich environment. The Native American tribes located and served here are the Navajo, Hopi, and Southern Paiute. Send an email to tcrhcchr@tchealth.org for SALARY RANGE NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS Education: - Must have high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent - Approved medical assistance training program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP); the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES); a medical assisting program accredited by any accrediting agency recognized by the USD of Education Certification: - Must be a Certified Medical Assistant from one of the following accrediting bodies: American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Medical Technologists (AMT), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), or National Health Career Association (NHA) - Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association Experience: Demonstrated satisfactory performance during clinical experiences as a part of an accredited program as evidenced by positive references from clinical instructors Other Skills and Abilities: A record of satisfactory performance in all prior and current employment as evidenced by positive employment references from previous and current employers.
