JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Intake Coordinator is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Intake Department to include performing clerical duties to assist all departments in to ensure quality patient care and accuracy of clinical records. This position will also support scheduling, QA and PCR. COMPENSATION Full-time, hourly $25-$27 BENEFITS Health, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and more. QUALIFICATIONS Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with current and unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas. Associates' degree in Vocational/Practical Nursing from an accredited program, preferred. One (1) year experience or more working in a related field/position in Home Health. Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Suite and home care/hospice software; Kinnser experience preferred. Ability to communicate tactfully with customers and the community. Demonstrates autonomy, organizational skills, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities. Access to reliable transportation.
