Optum is looking for a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our Physical Therapy team in Orange County. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient s needs.

Position Details:

• Opportunity to work with dedicated team of Physical Therapists and PT Aides in coordinated care, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Clinic Location: HCP Huntington Beach (19066 Magnolia St., HB)
• Shift / Hours: Varied shifts
• Rehabilitation procedures and modalities, therapeutic exercise and home program instructions for the prevention, correction or reduction of dysfunction. Goal setting and treatment modification throughout course of treatment.
• See new evaluations, follow up appointments, willing to lead group classes
• Collaborate with team of on-site Primary Care and Specialists providers as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification requiring formal education beyond a two-year college.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university
• Master s degree in Physical Therapy preferred
• Current California Physical Therapist licensure
• BLS certification
• Welcome new Grads
• Ability to work with wide range of patient populations, including geriatric
• Excellent time management skills, team player
• Ability to thrive in high-volume atmosphere, to be adaptable and flexible in daily work schedule as department needs require
• EMR Proficient
