Reports test results, evaluates quality, troubleshoots systems and equipment. Maintains records of performance, quality control, remedial action plans, quality improvements and procedure manuals. Education: Associates degree from a CAHEA accredited MLT program or Associates degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Physics and five years experience in one or more clinical laboratory areas. Associates degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Physics and completion of a military laboratory training program of at least 12 months duration or; Associates degree in Chemistry, Biology or Physics and CLA registry. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Medical Laboratory Technologist (ASCP) and OSHA Class I.
