This clinic is an independent Rural Health Clinic which is part of a state (not federal) funded community-based not-for-profit organization. Experience working as a licensed primary care provider in an outpatient clinic is preferred. Full time FNP (solo provider) is retiring and recruiting to replace with full time APP.
