Noyes Memorial Hospital which is a fully accredited 72 bed not-for-profit community hospital focused on providing excellence in healthcare to patients in Livingston and the surrounding counties. The hospital and its freestanding ambulatory center are nestled in the Genesee River Valley of the Finger Lakes region of Upstate NY. Dansville is approximately 50 minutes south of Rochester and Lake Ontario, via I-390.
Noyes Health serves a population of approximately 60,000 patients. The Medical Staff consists of 35 active staff physicians with an additional 58 physicians comprising the courtesy and consulting staff.

Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse are close by for the cultural amenities found in metropolitan areas. Livingston County scenery is magnificent during all four seasons. There are two State Parks that offer campgrounds, picnic areas, hiking, swimming and playing fields for a variety of sports. There is opportunity for all types of water sports on the Finger Lakes and Lake Ontario. There are all types of other outdoor activities such as skiing, horseback riding and hunting.

Livingston County is a scenic network of small towns and quaint villages. Each town has their own excellent small school district which generally will house K-12. Private Country-Day schools are available in nearby Rochester. Each village has quiet tree lined streets with historic homes and newer developments nearby. Prices are a great deal less than in the more urban markets. More for your money! Acreage is available for building, and farms and estates are available for purchase.
