Location: Coudersport, Pennsylvania, county seat of Potter County, is located in the north central area of the state only 100 miles south of Buffalo, New York. With a population of 2,500, Coudersport offers the charm of small town living with access to big city amenities just a few hours away. Coudersport's residents revel in outdoor activities, a year-round recreation area with winter skiing, only 10 miles to the east, and the Allegheny National Forest just 40 miles to the west. Big game hunting for deer, bear and wild turkey is a large attraction, and 700 miles of trout streams within the county give fisherman bountiful opportunities. Other activities available for area residents include hiking, boating, golfing, and swimming.

The Organization: Charles Cole Memorial Hospital is JCAHO accredited and provides healthcare services to a large geographical area with a primary and secondary service area totaling approximately 40,000 residents. The hospital provides a full range of services including long-term care and a residential care facility. CCMH also has nine Rural Health Care Centers located in communities within the service region. All major diagnostic services are provided, including a fixed MRI unit.
