About the Organization
Prince William Hospital is a 170-bed private, not-for-profit hospital located in Manassas, Virginia, about 35 miles from Washington DC in the northern Virginia suburbs. Due to rapid growth in the surrounding community, the hospital has undergone significant expansion, including a 40,000 sq. ft. ER which opened in July ''05, an Ambulatory Surgery Center which opened in September ''''05 and brand new inpatient ORs which opened in February 2007. Additionally, the hospital, in conjunction with Fauquier Hospital, has built a new state-of-the-art radiation oncology center to serve the area.
The hospital is currently embarking on a new venture. Having purchased 38 acres of land in Haymarket, Virginia, a MOB with urgent care, ASC, physical medicine & rehab, and imaging is expected to be completed spring of next year. The MOB offers the option to extend to a 2nd campus in the very near future. Haymarket is located right next to Manassas, Virginia and boasts several golf communities, including a prestigious Robert Trent Jones course.
