About the Organization
The Chickasaw Nation Department of Health is a tribal entity that includes a 72-bed hospital in Ada, OK and three outpatient clinics, each located within one hour of the hospital. A fully integrated healthcare system, the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center is a new facility, opened in 2010 with new imaging equipment, 24/7 Emergency Department, dental clinic, optometry clinic, diabetes center, hospitalist program and multiple primary and specialty outpatient clinics.

About the Community
Located in the south central hill country of Oklahoma, Ada has a beautiful landscape, lots of trees, plentiful water and a cost of living that is among the lowest compared to much of the United States. With lakes in close proximity, this area has some of the greatest fishing, hunting and water sports available.
Located just 2 hours north of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro area and less than 1.5 hours south of Oklahoma City, the big city amentities are close by without having to deal with the everyday traffic and long commutes. Ada has several excellent school options and a four-year university.
