About the Organization

The Foundation has over 320 physician and allied health professionals including primary care, medical and surgical specialties, behavioral health and hospital-based services.
Our physician-led medical group practices collectively as a single entity around a shared medical record with a mission to achieve high-quality, well coordinated care in a stable financial and operational environment.

Physicians are actively involved in leadership and decision making for the group through a collegial and innovative professional work environment.
