About the Community

Thompson Health is Located in Canandaigua, New York. Canandaigua is a thriving community located about 30 miles southeast of Rochester. Located at the north end of Canandaigua Lake, in the scenic Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York. Canandaigua has been the seat of county government and the business and commercial center of the area since its founding in 1789.
