Porter Medical Center is a 25 bed community hospital and network of primary and specialty care practices located in Middlebury, Vermont.

Middlebury is home to Middlebury College, a prominent liberal arts school founded in 1800. Middlebury is a college town with many cultural and recreational opportunities. There are many fine boutiques and restaurants in the village. The location is close to multiple world-class ski areas and beautiful Lake Champlain is only 15 miles away. Vermont's rural landscape makes for excellent cycling or jogging terrain. The schools in the area are exceptional making this is a wonderful and safe place to raise children.
