NICS offers neonatal care to high risk and well babies, providing an alternative newborn intensive care service to hospitals throughout the state of Texas.
NICS can provide patients 24/7 high quality pediatric hospitalist care all while staying right in your own community.
The NICS team consists of board certified neonatologists, pediatric hospitalists, and neonatal nurse practitioners.
Privately owned and operated, NICS offers expertise in identifying opportunities for NICU and pediatric hospitalist development.
The NICS administrative team works directly with the hospital to develop a strategic plan for program and business development opportunities and marketing agendas

For NICS, relationships take precedence when working with a hospital. NICS team is committed to developing relationships with nurses, pediatricians, obstetricians, administrators and the hospital as a whole.

We collaborate with the nursing team to provide expertise in meeting national standards as well as provide education such as NRP and STABLE to staff as needed.
NICS long-term goal is to be an integral part of a hospitals future and growth by helping administrators to develop a strategic plan to increase revenue within its NICU and pediatric units, ultimately increasing profits for the entire hospital. NICS will serve as the hospitals partner in exploring opportunities within its current market, as well as developing a presence in other markets.
